Your order confirmation email carries a "View your order" link. That link works without an account and shows the current status.
Cannot find it?
Send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier for you.
How long delivery takes
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Most cities receive their parcel in 2 to 4 working days. If your tracking has not moved for more than two working days, message us with your order number.
